Sport Massage
Sports Massage is one of the most widely practised and sought-after methods of massage, also seen as an alternative to physiotherapy. It develops greater pain management, stimulates muscle movement and decreases muscle tension and pain more than any other practice. Other types of massage offered are Cupping Therapy, Hot Stone and Sweedish Massage.
Personal Training
I've been offering personal training for many years now and will continue to do for many more! I love seeing people progress in my sessions, in either how they physically change or how confident they become over time. My specialities are Weight Loss and Strength & Conditioning, but I also offer personalised programs depending on my client's needs and goals.
